Fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommended - my Mavic tried to commit suicide against a moderately sturdy tree and was back and ready to take on a whole forest the week afterward. The repairs were affordable, expertly done, and completed very, very quickly. (Nebraska to Georgia, repaired, and returned Georgia to Nebraska in less than a week.) Outstanding! Trying to get DJI to fix it is a nightmare... used Fixation Hub and get back into the air.

Sent in my Macbook Pro (2014 model) for a battery replacement. Was quoted double for the battery alone + labor! FixationHub was reasonable with pricing and turnaround time was great. I had a water damaged logic board on my MacBook Air that was repaired quickly. I was quoted at another vendor for over $700 in order to repair/replace the board which was more than what my laptop was worth at this point. FixationHub was able to do necessary repairs to get my device up and running for significantly cheaper! (If you don’t believe me, get your damaged device quoted somewhere and compare that price with theirs.)I was highly pleased with the speed and quality of the repair. I live in Virginia and had to mail my laptop to Georgia for this service. While the thought of that was frightening, my tech was taken great care of and returned in the same condition it was sent in, but this time WORKING. When I opened the laptop and logged back in, everything was functioning the way it did before.This company is extremely professional and I will definitely be going to them with my business again in the future if I have any necessary repairs! I crashed my drone on a Monday, retrieved it on a Tuesday from the property it crashed on. Contacted Yonas after reading all of the great reviews Tuesday night. He followed up with a text on Wednesday morning. Met him at 1pm. I received a call at 3pm to pick it up and I was back flying at 4pm. I never imagined this process would be this seemless but but he made it happen. I super duper recommend this company hands down and to the moon flying my drone. 👍🏾

After taking my water-damaged MacBook Air to two repair centers for diagnostic testing, I was told that it couldn’t be fixed or repairs would exceed the value of the computer. As a result I resigned myself to delegating it as an expensive paperweight. After seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews for Fixation Hub, I decided to give it another try. Had a MacBook Air that apple said would take $450 just to send out to evaluate and would not even guarantee a fix. Spoke to Fixation hub got a quote of $225 + shipping. Well here I am with a Mac Book Pro that I attempted to restore and fumbled horribly. I dumped my operating system and couldn't help my self fix anything. He texted me back after listening to my voicemail and walked me right back to where I needed to be. All the time not knowing me from Adam. Based only on trust he helped me and that is rare in today's society. He humbly gave me his Venmo and said whatever I wanted to give and that he was just happy to help. Unheard of! Fixation Hub has taken the fear of the ”crash” away from me! Same day service, combined with a great price, has helped me get my drone back in the air after four months of waiting. Another local repair shopped quoted me four times what I paid here, and they told me the part was on backorder! Fixation hub assured me that the drone was misdiagnosed, and the charge was way too much! I would recommend calling Yonas before committing to another company, including the manufacturer!

Unbelievable service at a very reasonable price. I took my son’s Apple MacBook Pro to the Apple Store because it wouldn’t turn on. They said that they would have to send it out and the repair could cost around $465.00 more or less.I put it away for the next two months with my son asking every other week, dad are you gonna get my computer fixed. I contacted Home Advisor on line who referred me to three local computer repair companies who all said that the repairs could cost over $400.00 or more. I crashed my Mavic Air on it's third flight, dislocating one of the motor arms. I found fixation hub online as an alternative to sending it back to DJI which can take weeks. Yonas had me back up and running quicker than I expected. It was maybe a week total turnaround. The drone performs perfectly as if nothing happened. Highly recommended.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I learned about Fixation Hub from a friend (we both fly Mavic Pro drones) and several weeks ago I crashed my Mavic and broke my gimbal mount. The incident happened on a Saturday, and I was scheduled to leave the following week on Tuesday (10-days later) for a vacation out of the country where I had every intention of taking and flying my drone. I contacted Fixation Hub via text on Sunday and actually got a response! I never got the person's name on the other end, but we had a full conversation back and forth via text where they were able to diagnose my issue, and I over-nighted my drone via FedEx the following morning (Monday) in the hopes that it would be fixed in time. Fixation Hub received my drone from FedEx on Tuesday and fixed it the same day! They immediately put it back in the mail and it landed safe and sound and in perfect working order on my doorstep on Saturday (3 days before my trip). I was able to take and fly my drone with me on vacation and the images I captured are stunning! I am so glad that I did not try to fix my issue on my own. I found several tutorials online that thoroughly described what I needed to do, but several of the steps appear to require a delicate touch and I was not confident that I would not do more damage in the process. I feel that the price I paid was completely reasonable for the work it required. Thank you Fixation Hub!!

If you're reading this, you've lucked out because you can stop looking any further. A couple of weeks ago I was on the verge of tears because I had foolishly spilled a glass of water on my beloved workhorse 12-inch MacBook and it no longer would turn on. When I went to see how much it would cost to repair with Apple, I was shocked that they wanted to charge nearly $800! Desperately, I searched for an alternative and I found FixationHub. So glad I did! The price was a quarter of what I would have paid with Apple and less than half the price of other third party providers. Despite the savings, the service was outstanding. Yonas corresponded with me throughout the process and the turn-around was very fast. I know with 100% certainty if I'm ever in this situation again I will be back! (But hopefully not too soon :P)

Had a gimbal overload issue on my Mavic Pro and was likely going to pay over $300 for DJI to fix it. I shredded the camera off of my dji mavic, breaking the camera mounting plate, gimble ribbon, and video transmission cable. i sent my quad in to yonas and he had it fixed the same day he received it. I had an invoice in my email in box the next morning when i woke up, and upon payment, I was flying within 36 hours!(I live in texas) Everything works flawless, as if it had never been damaged. great communication. excellent service. Fixed Mavic Pro twice in a little over a year. Super fast and very reasonably price. First repair was for broken arm... and Gimble ribbon replacement. Had parts in stock and Drone was ready to go the same day he received it. I canceled my order for a new drone and had the old one up in the air before the replacement arrived. Positive experience, since I thought the computer was totally lost. I paid $165 for liquid spill repair and then I was... informed a few more repairs were needed, $15 for I/O Board Flex Cable Replacement and $10 Trackpad/Keyboard IPD Flex Cable Replacement for a total of $185.
My down key is a little janky, but it might be due to accumulated debris under the keyboard. I cleaned it, but it works only intermittently but I can work around it. He kindly replaced a few screws that were lost in transit. I'm satisfied.read more

I worked with fixation hub to get my DJI Mavic drone repaired and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for... this type of work. Sent the Drone to FH, and the communications started as soon as he received it. I have to say he works ungodly hours due to the times I was receiving updates. There were a couple of things broken that were extra and he made sure that I was informed and agreed to replace. His work was excellent, communicated very well, and delivered my drone back to me working perfectly. I have a mid-2014 MacBook Pro (Retina) that got water spilled on it. Took it to the Apple Store and they quoted me over... $700 for a new logic board. It sat in my closet for 8 months until I came across Fixation Hub. I was somewhat skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. In short, Yonas is a magician. In detail, I recently had an issue with my computer where it wouldn’t turn on, but the... charger responded to being plugged in. I brought it to a friend to diagnose it, and he smelt something coming from the left side of the internals of the computer, saying something definitely fried out. Later that day, Apple also reported the same thing, and that the repair would cost $500. With lost hope, I listed the computer on eBay to sell for parts. Yonas reached out to me and said he repairs computers at a component level, which is far less costly than replacing the entire logic board. Weary, yet with nothing to lose but a broken computer, I mailed it out to him. Within 12 hours of Yonas receiving the computer, he told me it was fixed and being mailed back out to me. I received it in 2 days of it being mailed back, and my computer is working literally like new! Even all my windows and history was still on my screen when I turned it back on!!! To go from being disappointed in Apple and having a useless device, to a basically brand new laptop for $150 within just 5 days was one of the last things I would’ve ever expected, but by far the best thing that could have happened in this situation. Amazing!!! Sent my Mavic Pro in, was a bit skeptical that Yonas was going to be able to fix it (Gimbal Error message... and one other thing), but hey it's worth a try. Yonas emailed the day it arrived with the estimate of repairs ($130) couldn't believe it!!! Three days later it's in my hands and I'm on the other side of the country. Great saved my business.... I'm owner operator of a small Dj service. I was playing an outdoor wedding when it started... raining and my macbook pro fried. This is THE place for Mac service. If your Mac is out of warrantee or has some age on it, Fixation Hub will resurrect... it for a price that makes sense. My one year old Mac took a Coke to the keyboard and was basically unusable. Now it is running like new again. With the Apple store I would have been better off buying a used Mac.read more

Fixed Mavic Pro twice in a little over a year. Super fast and very reasonably price. First repair was for broken arm... and Gimble ribbon replacement. Had parts in stock and Drone was ready to go the same day he received it. I canceled my order for a new drone and had the old one up in the air before the replacement arrived. A year of heavy use later another collision messed the stupid ribbon up again and the drone was ready to go 2 hours after dropping it off.read more

Positive experience, since I thought the computer was totally lost. I paid $165 for liquid spill repair and then I was... informed a few more repairs were needed, $15 for I/O Board Flex Cable Replacement and $10 Trackpad/Keyboard IPD Flex Cable Replacement for a total of $185.
My down key is a little janky, but it might be due to accumulated debris under the keyboard. I cleaned it, but it works only intermittently but I can work around it. He kindly replaced a few screws that were lost in transit. I'm satisfied.read more

I worked with fixation hub to get my DJI Mavic drone repaired and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for... this type of work. Sent the Drone to FH, and the communications started as soon as he received it. I have to say he works ungodly hours due to the times I was receiving updates. There were a couple of things broken that were extra and he made sure that I was informed and agreed to replace. His work was excellent, communicated very well, and delivered my drone back to me working perfectly. Now I just need to fly smarter so that I don't crash again, but if I do, it will go back to Fixation Hub.read more

I have a mid-2014 MacBook Pro (Retina) that got water spilled on it. Took it to the Apple Store and they quoted me over... $700 for a new logic board. It sat in my closet for 8 months until I came across Fixation Hub. I was somewhat skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. In short, Yonas is a magician. In detail, I recently had an issue with my computer where it wouldn’t turn on, but the... charger responded to being plugged in. I brought it to a friend to diagnose it, and he smelt something coming from the left side of the internals of the computer, saying something definitely fried out. Later that day, Apple also reported the same thing, and that the repair would cost $500. With lost hope, I listed the computer on eBay to sell for parts. Yonas reached out to me and said he repairs computers at a component level, which is far less costly than replacing the entire logic board. Weary, yet with nothing to lose but a broken computer, I mailed it out to him. Within 12 hours of Yonas receiving the computer, he told me it was fixed and being mailed back out to me. I received it in 2 days of it being mailed back, and my computer is working literally like new! Even all my windows and history was still on my screen when I turned it back on!!! To go from being disappointed in Apple and having a useless device, to a basically brand new laptop for $150 within just 5 days was one of the last things I would’ve ever expected, but by far the best thing that could have happened in this situation. Wow, I dropped a heavy object on my computer and it just shut off completely and would not turn back on. I sent my... computer to Fixation Hub (which i was a little sketched out about at first). I sent my DJI MavicPro to Mr.Tesfay at fixationhub to have my gimbal repaired.I sent it off late on Friday and received... it 7 days later,just as good as new and ready to fly. Amazing!!! Sent my Mavic Pro in, was a bit skeptical that Yonas was going to be able to fix it (Gimbal Error message... and one other thing), but hey it's worth a try. Yonas emailed the day it arrived with the estimate of repairs ($130) couldn't believe it!!! Three days later it's in my hands and I'm on the other side of the country. Great saved my business.... I'm owner operator of a small Dj service. I was playing an outdoor wedding when it started... raining and my macbook pro fried. I didn't have enough money for a whole new macbook so I thought I was going to have to cancel my future gigs until I could afford a new laptop . Fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommended - my Mavic tried to commit suicide against a moderately sturdy tree and was back and ready to take on a whole forest the week afterward. The repairs were affordable, expertly done, and completed very, very quickly. (Nebraska to Georgia, repaired, and returned Georgia to Nebraska in less than a week.) Outstanding! Trying to get DJI to fix it is a nightmare... used Fixation Hub and get back into the air.

I had a water damaged logic board on my MacBook Air that was repaired quickly. I was quoted at another vendor for over $700 in order to repair/replace the board which was more than what my laptop was worth at this point. FixationHub was able to do necessary repairs to get my device up and running for significantly cheaper! (If you don’t believe me, get your damaged device quoted somewhere and compare that price with theirs.)I was highly pleased with the speed and quality of the repair. I live in Virginia and had to mail my laptop to Georgia for this service. While the thought of that was frightening, my tech was taken great care of and returned in the same condition it was sent in, but this time WORKING. When I opened the laptop and logged back in, everything was functioning the way it did before.This company is extremely professional and I will definitely be going to them with my business again in the future if I have any necessary repairs! If you are considering places to get your technology repaired, I cannot recommend FixationHub enough - best experience with repairs ever.

I crashed my drone on a Monday, retrieved it on a Tuesday from the property it crashed on. Contacted Yonas after reading all of the great reviews Tuesday night. He followed up with a text on Wednesday morning. Met him at 1pm. I received a call at 3pm to pick it up and I was back flying at 4pm. I never imagined this process would be this seemless but but he made it happen. I super duper recommend this company hands down and to the moon flying my drone. 👍🏾

After taking my water-damaged MacBook Air to two repair centers for diagnostic testing, I was told that it couldn’t be fixed or repairs would exceed the value of the computer. Well here I am with a Mac Book Pro that I attempted to restore and fumbled horribly. I dumped my operating system and couldn't help my self fix anything. He texted me back after listening to my voicemail and walked me right back to where I needed to be. All the time not knowing me from Adam. Fixation Hub has taken the fear of the ”crash” away from me! Same day service, combined with a great price, has helped me get my drone back in the air after four months of waiting. Another local repair shopped quoted me four times what I paid here, and they told me the part was on backorder! They said that they would have to send it out and the repair could cost around $465.00 more or less.I put it away for the next two months with my son asking every other week, dad are you gonna get my computer fixed. AMAZING SERVICE!! I learned about Fixation Hub from a friend (we both fly Mavic Pro drones) and several weeks ago I crashed my Mavic and broke my gimbal mount. The incident happened on a Saturday, and I was scheduled to leave the following week on Tuesday (10-days later) for a vacation out of the country where I had every intention of taking and flying my drone. I contacted Fixation Hub via text on Sunday and actually got a response! I never got the person's name on the other end, but we had a full conversation back and forth via text where they were able to diagnose my issue, and I over-nighted my drone via FedEx the following morning (Monday) in the hopes that it would be fixed in time. Fixation Hub received my drone from FedEx on Tuesday and fixed it the same day! They immediately put it back in the mail and it landed safe and sound and in perfect working order on my doorstep on Saturday (3 days before my trip). I was able to take and fly my drone with me on vacation and the images I captured are stunning! I am so glad that I did not try to fix my issue on my own. I found several tutorials online that thoroughly described what I needed to do, but several of the steps appear to require a delicate touch and I was not confident that I would not do more damage in the process. I feel that the price I paid was completely reasonable for the work it required. Thank you Fixation Hub!!

So happy I found Fixation Hub! I am obviously a terrible drone pilot and was absolutely devastated when I crashed my DJI Mavic Pro!! But thanks to Fixation Hub I am good as new and back in the air ready to crash again! Thanks so much!!

If you're reading this, you've lucked out because you can stop looking any further. A couple of weeks ago I was on the verge of tears because I had foolishly spilled a glass of water on my beloved workhorse 12-inch MacBook and it no longer would turn on. When I went to see how much it would cost to repair with Apple, I was shocked that they wanted to charge nearly $800! Desperately, I searched for an alternative and I found FixationHub. So glad I did! The price was a quarter of what I would have paid with Apple and less than half the price of other third party providers. Despite the savings, the service was outstanding. Yonas corresponded with me throughout the process and the turn-around was very fast. I know with 100% certainty if I'm ever in this situation again I will be back! (But hopefully not too soon :P)

Had a gimbal overload issue on my Mavic Pro and was likely going to pay over $300 for DJI to fix it. Was a little concerned about sending my drone across the country to a stranger, but he was open and communicative throughout the entire 2 week process. It took a little longer to fix my issue because he needed an additional replacement part. Got my drone back and it flies perfectly again. So glad to have used Fixation Hub's services.

Prompt service, Great communication, I sent out my Mavik Pro from Chicago and got it back within a week, Also repaired additional drone components at a reasonable price. Glad to have come across Fixation Hub and didn't have to deal with DJI directly. Highly recommend their service.

If you want it fixed right, fast, and at a fair price, look no further! Great communication, Yonas. Don't take this wrong, but I hope I don't need your services again, but, knowing that your here sure sets my mind at ease when my kid takes out his thousand dollar toy! Great job with the drone, barely missed it - good to have it back within a week. Camera works as good now as day 1.

I shredded the camera off of my dji mavic, breaking the camera mounting plate, gimble ribbon, and video transmission cable. i sent my quad in to yonas and he had it fixed the same day he received it. I had an invoice in my email in box the next morning when i woke up, and upon payment, I was flying within 36 hours!(I live in texas) Everything works flawless, as if it had never been damaged. great communication. excellent service.
