– How do I go about getting my device repaired?

Mail your device to the address below with the shipping carrier of your choice (USPS is usually the cheapest) and be sure to include your contact information and proper padding to avoid damage.

After repairing your device I will send you an invoice and ship your device back to you.

– How long will it take to fix my device?

For logic board repairs the turnaround time is usually within 72 hours after receiving the device. If you just need a parts replacement(i.e. battery, keyboard) those can be done the same day. DJI Drone repairs are usually completed the same day or next day.

– What are the chances you’ll be able to fix my liquid damaged Macbook?

My success rate for these repairs is in the 90% range.

– Do you offer any warranty on your repairs?

Yes, there is a 6 month warranty on all repairs. If for some reason your device is having an issue that is related to the repair and not caused by new user damage send it back and I will gladly take care of it for you.

– What if my device can not be fixed?

If your device can’t be fixed to full functionality you don’t pay anything besides shipping and your device will be returned to you.
